About Robert Currie

I am currently working as the Data & Technology Officer within the operations team, focusing on the ongoing development of internal data systems, process design, policies, and documentation across the business. I have been with my current employ for over 9 years, and within that time I have worked across multiple facets of the business from skills, to innovation, to operations, with both external and internal facing roles. My current role is to lead and support on the continuous improvement of the internal operational capabilities of the business, with a key focus on data and technology management. Within this remit I am tasked with developing ideas and solutions for current and potential future issues within a scaling business, lead the research and adoption of new technologies, processes and ways of working to help cater for the ever evolving work and contracts within the business. I am also currently heavily involved in the creation of documentation across the data & technology aspects of the business, from developing support documents for staff through to documenting processes and infrastructures within the business. Key to this is to strengthen the integration of our CRM system across current and future projects, improving its accessibility and usability for our teams to enable them to carry out their tasks with greater ease and efficiency, whilst working towards removing unnecessary admin workloads from our delivery teams where possible.
