I am a self-motivated, hardworking professional with 10 years’ experience in senior customer facing roles for reputable businesses. I have a vast experience of communicating with people on many different levels and I am able to use the skills I have developed to fit into various teams and roles and add valuable contributions. In my most recent role I am running a team of seven property managers looking after the largest portfolio of properties (650+) within the company in the Kingston and Surbiton areas. The job includes; ensuring tenanted properties are up to standard, account management for landlords, controlling rent arrears, contractors are paid on time, preparing properties for new tenants, making sure properties properties remain compliant, professional handling of customer complaints when they arise, face to face meetings with both landlords and tenants, bi annual property inspections of all properties in the portfolio, deposit returns and chairing managers meetings.
