Early in my life, my father cultivated my passion for automobiles and automotive technology, inspiring me to pursue a career in the automotive business. Within my Automotive career journey, I have developed robust experience revitalizing service operations for several top-tier automotive manufacturers, including Audi and Porsche within Ray Catena Motor Corp. Having an opportunity to gain additional experience, I then joined Polestar North America as a regional manager working on the Customer Experience team and quickly moved to the Fixed Operations team where I was able to demonstrate my knowledge and expertise gained from my previous roles. In these positions my team and I made great progress improving operations all while enhancing the overall Customer Experience. After working with the Polestar N.A. team, I joined Ferrari North America as an Aftersales Business Manager. In this role, my team and I covered the Aftersales business of the Ferrari brand for things such as Customer Experience excellence, training and development, dealer parts & accessory sales, collaboration amongst international teams, Warranty and compliance oversight, Challenge & dealer network parts and accessories sales and much more. I have recently moved into a new role as Service & Parts director for Ciocca Automotive. I am looking forward to bringing my experience to this brand and growing the business. Most importantly, orchestrating customer experience focus and excellence. Combining business acumen, technical expertise, and superior relationship building skills, I routinely exceed business objectives and stakeholder expectations. Whether motivating staff to deepen their knowledge or working together to solve customer issues, nothing energizes me more than inspiring teams to find the joy in what they do while bringing a positive attitude to the workplace. I firmly believe in the truth of the phrase “knowledge is power.” I always seek opportunities to push myself and become the best possible representative of this incredible industry.
