I advise on a wide range of commercial arrangements required by businesses in their day to day operations taking into account the nature of the business and the commercial and legal risks. In early 2011, I qualified into the dispute resolution team of a UK regional law firm where I enjoyed a very high level of responsibility running an array of complex disputes, undertaking a substantial amount of advocacy and representing clients at mediation settlement conferences, fast track and small claims trials, case management conferences and direction hearings. In late 2012, I moved to Dubai where the focus of my practice area became primarily corporate and commercial law. Presently, my predominate focus and practice area is commercial advisory work, including drafting and negotiating both national and cross-border commercial franchise, distribution, non-solicitation, bottling/packing, commission, introduction, cooperation, joint venture, consultancy and service agreements, as well as drafting and reviewing LOIs, NDA’s, MOU’s and terms & conditions of sale and procurement etc.
