In my current role at WorldPay as a Risk Analyst II, I work on the Risk Strategy & Partner Due Diligence team to oversee the Payrix platform. I manage the Risk Change Management process that I helped build from the ground up to manage all Risk projects so all stakeholders involved in the change are aligned and informed on any new business changes within the Payrix platform. Additionally, I also support our Vendor Management process to keep track of business spending, vendor contract renewals and make sure Payrix is using the best Risk vendors to create the best user experience for our customers. As a Risk Business Analyst at Meta, I was responsible for the end-to-end execution of risk and payments workflows for users across all major Meta apps, including Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp. I have over 10 years of experience in risk management, fraud prevention, data analysis, and process improvement, working with cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions and outcomes for the business and the customers. In my previous role as a Senior Fraud Prevention Specialist at Apple, I helped drive the execution of five new global SME programs, leading 200+ fraud specialists to achieve metrics and KPIs. I also implemented a new process using data-driven solutions to bridge the gap between Apple Retail and HQ, resulting in a 95% improvement in operational rigor. I am passionate about leveraging data and technology to mitigate risk, enhance user experience, and support business growth.
