As the Regional Director of Market Development at NeuroRestorative, I lead a 21-member sales and marketing team across five states, with the primary mission of marketing our continuum of post-acute programs to generate patient referrals and drive inpatient/outpatient census. With over four years of experience in this role, I have successfully managed a book of business that generates over $74 million in annual revenue, and achieved quarter over quarter growth in eight of the last 12 quarters.My core competencies include new business development, customer relationship management, relationship building, and strategic planning. I work collaboratively with the state executive leadership and program leadership teams to develop marketing strategies, identify new program specialties, and implement key physician recruitment plans. I also utilize emotional intelligence to better gauge, assess, and adjust my leadership and collaborative partnership techniques to maximize individual and team performance. Additionally, I identify gaps of service and underserved patient populations within my jurisdiction, and generate strategic relationships with commercial and government payors to advocate the financial and clinical efficacy of our programs. My goal is to provide innovative and quality care solutions for communities in need.
