For the past 7 years, as a Data & Analytics Manager and Clinical Engineer, I have gained invaluable experience in clinical research, data trend analysis, database design, and information technology solutions. This expertise has allowed me to leverage my knowledge and skills in clinical research and data management to optimize automated workflows in biotech settings, and to coordinate with both internal staff/external customers to meet organizational objectives. My accomplishments include: Led the data management and analytics team in the MIRROR program, overseeing 20+ clinical research projects and trailblazing new data collection and reporting processes within Uniformed Services University, including rollout of program-wide live data dashboards. Drove the data collection and data management of a 30-participant virtual clinical trials pilot study (VISITOR) by creating a complete strategy on direct-to-patient mobile health device kits, resulting in high participant satisfaction and a successful data merge between EDC and Telemedicine vendor systems. Shaped and implemented data strategy for 1200+ participants in the MIRROR program to ensure data quality via process standardization, common data elements, and collaboration with program staff. Contributed to a mobile Multiple Sclerosis Functional Composite (mMSFC) endpoint tested in a pilot study and prototyped a Two-Minute Activity Test (TMAT) of real-world walking using smartphone GPS and motion sensors.
