As a well-rounded Industrial/Organizational Psychologist with roots as a small business entrepreneur. I take real work experience and a research-based approach to develop and implement programs, assessments, and research that encourage employee engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion, and positive corporate culture.I've developed extensive experience in talent assessments, people research, change management, and systems development to promote and facilitate those changes through my personal and academic endeavors. I'm tech-savvy, which allows me to learn systems quickly, and have a systemic approach when developing solutions. A systemic approach helps identify opportunities and create development plans that positively impact an organization from the top down.I enjoy making complex information relatable to a range of professionals. I have a passion for people analytics and talent, team, and leadership development.From construction, education, and technology, I've had the opportunity to design and carry out systems, procedures, assessments, interviews, surveys, and professional development that supports continual development.
