As College Director & Principal of the International College of Manitoba, a pathway program for international students seeking a University of Manitoba bachelor degree, I leverage strategic planning and enrolment management expertise to achieve aspired program growth and quality. Known for my dependability, goal-orientation, and problem-solving skills, I thrive in a collaborative environment with empowered team members who excel through the empowerment of using their strengths and talents. My curiosity fuels innovation, and I'm constantly seeking new ways to enhance the future of student experience. Working with other Manitoba Designated Learning Institutions through the Manitoba Council for International Education (MCIE), we work collaboratively to promote the Province of Manitoba and support one another to adopt and innovated industry best practices.
