I am an experienced manager who has worked in all aspects of security (armed and unarmed programs), fire, chemical and pandemic response with my twenty-three years working in complex industrial environments. I have leveraged my extensive experience in building teams, incident command and program building as the cornerstone for the pandemic portfolio I currently oversee. I am a strategic leader with the business acumen to influence and implement initiatives at the corporate and senior levels of the company. In my career I have worked as the Operations Security Support Manager for Pickering Nuclear Generating Station. In this role I resolved security projects as well as overseen the Operational Security Support work group. Additionally, I performed as the Security Exercise Lead 2IC for the CNSC Performance Testing exercise of the Pickering Nuclear Generating Station's security program for 2016. Formerly, I was the Team Leader of a counter-terrorist special weapons team as well as a site trainer and evaluator of nuclear security operations at Ontario Power Generation. I have also worked as a Team Leader of fire operations and as an evaluator in security risk assessments within my security career. I am a studious person who has complimented my experience with continuous academic achievement in security studies programs.
