About Robert Dean

With 7 years in the Fashion and Modelling industry including almost 4 years in Talent and Client management, I have organised over 450 Photoshoots, and shows. This has helped me to develop a strong understanding of what it takes to run the general operations and logistics of a small agency. While managing up to 200 models in my current position, I have provided a range of different roles in the fashion and retail industry, successfully booking models out on a variety of jobs including commercial, catwalk, hair, fittings, Bridal, & E-Com to name a few. In recent times I have been covering the maternity leave of our company director and owner while fulfilling a 360 position at the head of the company. Other responsibilities in my full 360 talent management role include - Outreach & Networking, Portfolio maintenance & development, social media content & growth, Blog writing & content development, Quality assurance, Scheduling & Rota, Invoicing & Book-keeping, Contract negotiations, Risk assessment, Expense Management, Design & Creative contribution, business development, Customer relationships, liaising between models and clients, Talent health and wellbeing.
