About Robert Dilly

Becoming a nurse has been one of my proudest accomplishments. Over the past six years, I’ve had the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally by taking on a variety of nursing roles. As a travel nurse, I’ve worked in 10 different hospitals across the country, which required me to quickly adapt to new environments, management styles, and clinical practices. These experiences have strengthened my clinical skills, adaptability, and leadership abilities. Most recently, I served in a supervisory role at a rehabilitation hospital in Tampa, Florida, further enhancing my experience in team coordination and patient care management.
