Successfully restructured Cable & Wireless Continental Europe at minimal cash cost while preserving jobs and employee morale, and growing revenue. Led rapid and successful exit from C&W's US voice business without litigation and at limited cost. Led over a hundred transactions in North and South America, Europe, India, China, South-East Asia and Australia in telecoms, manufacturing and airline services.
