With over 4 years in the crypto industry, I’ve gained hands-on experience in KYC, AML, onboarding operations, and customer support. In parallel, I’ve contributed to the launch and growth of a startup, managing marketing campaigns, website development, and customer acquisition. As a founding team member at Soundkit, I helped shape the product concept, brand identity, and go-to-market strategy, working across marketing, design, and customer outreach.
