As a Nuclear Surface Warfare Officer I have led teams of up to 200 people in challenging, dynamic environments. Whether I was the Officer of the Deck navigating a destroyer, the Propulsion Plant Watch Officer overseeing operations in an aircraft carrier's nuclear reactor and steam system, or the approval authority for operating Aegis Weapon System, the Navy's premier long-range offensive and defensive weapon system, I leveraged in-depth technical knowledge and effective decision making to manage risk and ensure mission success. In my Division Officer roles, I have extensive experience in project and program management. I thrive when I have the opportunity to solve complex problems, drive process improvements, and positively impact the well-being of those whom I lead.
