About Robert Dunn

As Chairman and Managing Principal of Integro Canada, I am responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Montreal office as well as the company’s activities, operations and business strategies across Canada. I play an active role in the business development and always looking for growth opportunities thru acquisitions and team hires here in Quebec and across Canada. I enjoy working at Integro because of the people. Together, we are analytical, personal and thorough in our distinct approach to managing risk. We operate both domestically and internationally, but our unified team approach across all offices helps us eliminate the common service-related issues in our industry. We pride ourselves in the knowledge that from a technical perspective we can outperform anyone in the industry. As we continue to grow and expand into complimentary markets across the globe thru partnership with WBN, our ability to provide clients with cutting edge insurance grows too. My plan for the next 3-5 years is to at least double our business in Canada thru organic growth and targeted acquisitions that complement our service offering. With more than 35 years in the business I now enjoy mentoring younger professionals which allows me to get an insight into the younger generations In an effort to continue my education, in 2014 I decided to go back to university to get my Institute of Corporate Directors certification which promotes the effectiveness of Canadian directors and boards. Insurance is a great industry; everyone I meet is a potential client.
