As general manager, I have had the good fortune to hone my skills in a variety of professional venues. Seeking continual professional growth, I hope to devote my expertise in project management, product promotion and marketing, and human capital management to a position of General Manager. The union of these diverse areas puts me in a perfect position to lead development. I drive myself hard to excel with new skills and technology—as well as to uncover the strengths, revenue streams, routine and exceptional expenditures, and development that drive an organization’s mission. I then coach my staff to internalize these key skills, so that they also understand the why behind a company’s daily what. With specific promotional projects, I have coached my teams to take advantage of my training and expertise to produce unique programs that increase revenues and drive down costs.
