Meeting and greeting the client’s conference organisers, to ensure customer satisfaction. The skills to ensure all set-up and service is correct to clients specifications, including liaising with the client and Chef. Ensuring that all costs are controlled within the department and that charges are managed. Following up with the Events Team to ensure that all payments from clients are correctly processed. Assisting the Events Team with conducting show-arounds with prospective clients.
