About Robert Erasmi

I’ve been with Dedham Savings for more than 40 years, and in that time, I’ve learned that banking is really about people. It’s about listening, finding ways to help, and doing what’s right — for our clients, our employees, and our community. In my current role as Director of Retail Banking & Community Relations, I work with a great team that’s committed to providing exceptional, personal service. I’m also deeply involved in our community giving programs and the Dedham Savings Community Foundation, which support local organizations doing meaningful work. That’s a part of my job I value a lot — seeing how our efforts can have a real impact close to home. I take pride in the relationships we’ve built over the years and the trust people place in us. At the end of the day, what matters most to me is knowing that we’re making a difference — helping clients reach their goals and helping our communities thrive.
