I am a Senior Business Executive with more than 20 years’ combined experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, and Product Management. Currently holding the position of Managing Director at Sanitech, a leading supplier of portable sanitation solutions and professional washroom hygiene services, I am responsible for the overall operation and strategic direction of the business. My solid understanding of financial operational levers, and the ability to analyse, interpret and implement corrective actions, enables me to transform under-performing business, improve productivity, and unlock new market segments. NOTEWORTHY ACHIEVEMENTS: As Managing Director at Sanitech for the past 10 years, I have been recognised for the following achievements: • Increased revenue 800% in 12 years, increased staff compliment from 400 employees to over and opened offices in 4 additional countries in Southern Africa, namely Zambia, Namibia, Swaziland, and Botswana. • Appointed to the Waco International Executive Management Board in 2010. • Recipient of WACO CEO Award for Best Group Business in 2012, 2016, 2018 and 2021. • Recipient of WACO International Award for Highest Group RONAM in 2019.
