An organized and consistently trained department must operate to the point of second nature, from the meet & greet to the write-up, from the business office products menu presentation through the close and follow-up. Planning your manager's floor presence, customer prospecting and sales training all the way thru their appearance and attitude the leaders must be more involved than ever in today's competitive environment. My capability to manage strategies to increase forecasted volume and increased profitability goals have been the keys to my success only second to my ability to hire, train and lead subordinates and peers alike to levels they have not yet achieved.
