About Robert Estes

My first parachute jump from a helicopter was not what I had expected. I had considered the process in my mind many times in training, but, as is often the case in business and in life, I knew only part of the story. I still needed to execute the plan to get the rest of the story, take the calculated risk and make the jump.so I did. I liked it. I liked it a lot. Since then I have taken many calculated risks in a variety of roles from IT startups to large corporations. As with my first parachute jump, and the others to follow, each was an amazing adventure through which I gained valuable experience and skills. The one common lesson I learned through it all is that we, as humans, can accomplish significantly more than we think.by making the jump! I have had the honor of serving in a variety of capacities: CEO, International Business Development Director, Proposal and Capture Leader, entrepreneur, executive, Global Sales Manager, recruiter, team builder and trusted consultant.
