About Robert Estrada

I am now 12 years seasoned in the injection molding industry with experience in machinery, mold set up, fitting and assembly, hot runner services, and the overall aspect of leading a project. I am currently a project lead at a production shop where I provide unique assistance to multiple departments within our facility. I am not only responsible for new tooling but repair as well. My knowledge of molding, hot runner service and the overall assembly of a tool helps me communicate with the molding operator to achieve the best solutions to make the tool work at its best and or troubleshoot any issues that may happen. I have worked with many hot runner systems and hot runner controllers. Being in production, issues sometimes happen while the mold is running cycles of production. With the skills and knowledge I have, I am able to communicate with the team to come up with a solution on how to keep production running and addressing the issues after production. I have a great attitude, and I'm the best team player anyone could be.
