Today, I’m Director of Sales at Plat4mation’s Consulting unit, where we work with clients to solve real business challenges — not just implement tools. Together, we align strategy, technology (often ServiceNow), and people to create outcomes that are sustainable and future-proof. My career has taken me through start-ups, corporates, scale-ups, and slowdowns. Along the way, I’ve learned that success is never about flashy slogans — it’s about people. Whether leading a sales organization through rapid growth at Plat4mation, taking on the challenge of building a cybersecurity start-up as CRO, or earlier roles at Routz, Capgemini, and Randstad, the constant has been building strong teams and lasting relationships. I’m curious by nature and driven to create impact that endures — in businesses, in teams, and in partnerships. Outside of work, you’ll probably find me riding my bike through the Dutch hills, playing guitar with my band, or trying to keep up with life with two young kids. Whatever I do, I bring the same curiosity, energy, and commitment that I bring to my work.
