Background

About Robert F. Ryan

As an experienced innovator and entrepreneur. I have conceived, founded, developed, managed, and profitably grown a significant number of high-value and high-growth companies in both the domestic and international markets. I have brought to all of my organizations the proven capability to innovate, create, implement, and profitably market leading edge solutions across numerous verticals. I utilize my skills in strategic business development to bring a company into a market leadership position while driving sustainability, profitability, job creation, increased market value. My primary personal rule is to only develop solutions to identified and measurable problems. I never put time into ideas that I think are interesting, but don't solve a verified problem or make a quantum jump in the efficiency of a much used process. I recognize the difference between a hobby and a business. In the past I utilized my experience to assist early stage companies in business planning, strategic product and business development and financing. For established companies I have been successful in strategic development, financing, innovative product development and have managed turnarounds and diversification projects. I am now focused on one area - assisting in the environmentally sound economic growth of emerging nations.I have worked on projects, usually my own, in over 90 countries and have a network that spans the globe to draw on as needed. This network is invaluable to my current task as the issues I address are global in nature.(Google Search - Ryan Dialcom - for supplemental information)
