About Robert Farmer

With over 26 years’ experience in the financial industry (as a bank president and wealth manager) I’ve discovered my true passion is helping my clients navigate the complexities of preparing financially for their future so that they may have the lifestyle they’ve always dreamed of living. This passion is the driving force behind why I choose to spend so many years in college getting my PhD in the financial field. I felt that my clients deserved a wealth manager who can offer them more than just advice. They deserve an advisor who takes their financial health as seriously as their physician does their physical health. Regardless of how sophisticated their needs maybe, they should have someone with the skills and education needed to put together a financial strategy in today’s ever-changing markets. I don't have to ask an analyst’s opinion of a particular investment’s operational and financial metrics; I don't have to hire someone to help me understand how to put together a financial plan for my clients and I don't have to rely on the advice of someone who may or may not have my client’s best interest in mind. I am educated and skilled at evaluating risk methodologies, investment portfolios, research reports, business financials, econometric models, economic issues, and trends. I treat my clients like my family and am always humbled when a client retains me-I have gained their trust and I never take that lightly. I am also a adjunct professor of finance at Southern New Hampshire University where I teach students how to work, operate, and excel, in the complex world of finance.
