About Robert Feucht

I am currently employed at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA), working in the Chief Information Office (CIO) as a C4ISR IT Enterprise Architect and Lead Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for the Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC) IT Architecture Support. My job functions include the production of DoDAF 2.0 Architecture drawings of IT support to intelligence analytical production, exploitation, and dissemination (PED) processes, in support of Combatant Command (CCMD) Operational Plans (OPLAN) and DIA Functional Support Plans (FSP). As a C4ISR architect, I am required to travel to the CCMDs and JIOCs to collect data requirements and validate architecture produced. My daily responsibilities include working with analysts, functional and enterprise Intel planners, IT Senior Technical Advisors, Joint Staff, Mission Services, and Senior Leadership throughout the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) and Combatant Commands. I am responsible for managing the contract and contractors under the JIOC IT Architecture Support, which assists the JIOC IT architecture team in production of architecture. I responsible to brief up to the CIO and to provide talking points for briefs to the director of the agency on a regular basis
