About Robert Fleming

Over two decades of experience in developing and providing business management software. I am a visionary entrepreneur with a track record of innovation and success. I founded Graphite in 1997 offering cutting-edge MIS software to the print and graphics industry. One of the pioneers in online business and SaaS/PaaS taking Graphite online in 2002. Moving from on-premises to online as a multi-tenanted eCommerce platform was cutting edge at the time. Offering online business automation and specialty whole-industry supply chain vertical integration. This rationalisation reduced costs while increasing sales for all our clients. In 2020, I co-founded Memauth.com. A ground-breaking solution for secure image protection, developed for association membership logos. I brought this solution to life by developing two responsive web applications, a custom API each. The first for platform management. The second for customers to manage logos and membership. From 2017 to 2019, I served as the consulting CTO of Testnetic. Testnetic was an online software testing and bug tracking solution. My role included scoping, analyzing, refining and delivering business and technical requirements. I communicated with senior stakeholders to keep them across developments. With a strong background in IT and a customer-focused approach, I delivered a successful app that was later sold within the industry. My expertise in project management, technical analysis, and customer service, combined with my strong attention to detail and accuracy, makes me a valuable asset to any organization. Pioneered the use of evolving Desktop Publishing technology and one of first LaserWriter in Australia to launch the Mobile Printer. Pioneered the use of PostScript and LaserWriter to automate production of company rubber stamps with curved text. Pioneered the use of live video capture and Dye Sublimation to produce instant mag-stripe security/access cards for Kodak. Pioneered the use of dynamic HTML and CSS to instantly preview document typeset online in real-time and production and display print ready PDFs within a minute or two. Pioneered single page ordering to speed up online ordering for Australia Post in 2002. Pioneered real estate agent self service portal to upload property photographs and enter text for real-time preview and auto creation of PDFs sent to printers for signs, brochures and drop cards. Pioneered code-less deployment of B2B eCommerce sites for printers clients.
