I have won cases or favorable settlements as trial counsel for clients in disputes involving mass disaster torts, the False Claims Act, consumer protection claims, shareholder disputes and derivative actions, senior executive compensation agreements, patents, IT contracts, professional liability and malpractice claims, non-compete agreements, securities, and government contractor disputes.
