Dr. Foltz has over 30 years in the field, working across settings such as inpatient, outpatient, and residential treatment. His areas of clinical and research interest include evidence-based treatments for youth, the use (and misuse) of psychotropic medications, and the integration of medication with psychotherapy strategies for more complicated clinical presentations. Now teaching full-time at the graduate level, his courses focus on evidence-based psychotherapy strategies, psychological disorders, pediatric psychopharmacology, and research strategies.
