Interested in networking with individuals who create Joint ventures between Public and Private entities. Created the concept and marketed joint venture agreements between public entities and Geospan, an aerial imaging company whose IAAO approved concepts are patented. These patents describe ways to measure and establish value for real estate from 3 inch oblique imagery. Joint ventures involve developing working relationships with state agencies, county commissions, assessor offices, GIS directors, taxing districts, and applicable legal counsel. Following a passion I became a Film Producer developing more that 20 historical documentaries and corporate profiles. We focused on preservation and the importance to memorialize history for communities, historical sites, businesses and individuals. Authored 3 patents to mitigate risk and conserve commodity consumption. Consulted on behalf of municipalities and cooperatives in association with deregulation in the electric utility and natural gas industries. Coordinated and negotiated joint ventures for Chicago's Torco Holdings and their primary subsidiaries Torco Electric and Torco Natural Gas. Internationally marketed and sold key Torco assets including 56 turbine generator sets valued a $5 million dollars each. Became an NASD broker, marketing limited partnerships interests in oil and gas developmental drilling programs. PROFESSIONAL AND CIVIC ACTIVITIES Currently I am a Missouri Supreme Count appointee to the Office of Chief Discipline Counsel. Where over the past 10 years I have heard over 400 cases involving members of the Missouri Bar Association. Board of Trustees member to Freedom's Frontier, a National Heritage Area. Founder of The Border War Society: a Civil War round table located in St. Joseph MO. Discovered and coordinated the reconstructing of the city's 1861 Civil War embankment fortification, Ft. Smith.
