About Robert Forreiter

From an early age I was involved with modern technologies, although I didn’t think that my hobby would one day turn into a job. During my psychology studies, in my first job, together with a friend, we created a tool that automates the prospect search process for the sales team of a telecommunications company. Thanks to our solution, the team was awarded with a laureate for the highest annual sales. It was the moment when I realized that I would like to connect the world of business with technology. Later I founded a technology startup together with my colleague, obtaining over 1 million financing for its development. At the culmination of 4 years of business, the company employed over 40 people in sales, marketing, administration and IT. Ultimately, the project was buried by uneven development and the lack of proper synchronization of IT and non-IT areas. After these experiences, I decided to get to know the IT industry even more thoroughly. Then I was associated with technology companies (software development companies), initially as Project Manager, then as COO and today Executive Vice President. For the first few years, I ran projects of various sizes (for over 10 people in a team). Being in constant contact with clients, I learned to create projects from end to end and lead clients through the process as effectively as possible. I was never afraid to tell the truth and warn against the consequences of making specific decisions. In this way, I was able to establish close relations with business partners from Germany, Poland and the USA. I believe that the consulting and competences related to the management of the company, including the sales, marketing, recruitment and IT departments, allow me to look at the business and products in a broader perspective. A process-based, organized approach, knowledge of IT and various organizations allows me to be a link between business and technology for a business partner.
