Robert Fowler is an expert advisor with over 30 years of experience in middle-market mergers and acquisitions. He has overseen more than one hundred transactions with an aggregate value of over $6 billion and managed billion-dollar portfolios, offering significant input into functional operations. Within his diverse portfolio, Robert is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring, fundraising and strategic planning. He founded Kingsmoor Advisors LLC in 2010 to help business owners successfully navigate high-stakes business challenges including corporate restructuring, mergers, acquisitions, and performance improvement. As Managing Partner, Robert continues to provide business owners access to the resources they need to make successful decisions for their companies. Robert’s experience as an investor and an operator is symbiotic and provides a unique skill set to the companies with which he works.
