About Robert Fungmark

With over six years of experience as premises development coordinator and business developer at Karolinska University Hospital, I am passionate about improving the quality and efficiency of laboratory operations and services. I have a strong background in industrial engineering, information technology infrastructure, and customer relationship management (CRM), which enable me to design and implement innovative solutions for complex challenges. As the team leader of the premises development coordination, I work with multiple stakeholders and partners to plan, execute, and evaluate projects related to laboratory premises, equipment and systems. I also contribute to the implementation of a new operating model for Karolina University Laboratory, which aims to enhance collaboration, standardization and digitalization across different sites and departments. I am proud to have received the Karolina award in 2017 for exemplary teamwork and I strive to uphold the values and vision of Karolinska University Hospital.
