I began my career in real estate in 1979 and became a broker in 2006, representing sellers and buyers from Chula Vista to Temecula. My team, Kevin Hall and Associates, is rated in the top ½ of 1% of more than sales associates in the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Global network. Our family has lived in Mission Hills for 40 years in a restored 1914 Craftsman home featured in both San Diego Home and Garden and Better Homes and Gardens magazines. I have acquired valuable skills that help me guide clients on buying and selling older homes, from getting the right inspections done to arriving at fair market value. My clients appreciate my knowledge of structure, Mills Act qualifications, and architecture that give them a strong advantage when negotiating a purchase or sale. Older and historic homes are my specialty. I’m on the board of directors of Mission Hills Heritage Association, working as a docent for historic home tours and conducting research on potentially historic homes. I enjoy working with all kinds of people and sharing my knowledge and enthusiasm for our unique neighborhood. As a lifelong San Diegan and former teacher in the San Diego Unified School District, I am familiar with public and private schools as well as neighborhoods throughout the county.
