I bring deep expertise in defence capability projects, having served as Integrated Project Team Leader at the New Zealand Ministry of Defence. There, I led multidisciplinary teams through project initiation to service introduction, collaborating with Ministers, senior officials, and industry leaders. Key achievements include leading the Frigate Systems Upgrade in Canada and developing the requirements and Indicative Business Case for an ice-capable Southern Ocean Patrol Vessel.
