About Robert Ganea

I graduated from the faculty of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, specializing in Computers and Information Technology, and now I am a student in a master's program in advanced automation. During my studies, I had the opportunity to gain experience in engineering and project management in prestigious companies. In my 3rd year of college, I participated in a 3-month internship at Pietta Glass Working (Saint Gobain) as a process engineer. Here, I had the chance to learn how glass is processed, working on technical drawings, screen printing, CNC programs and Perfect Cut. This experience taught me not only essential techniques, but also valuable teamwork skills, helping to optimize production through my innovative projects. In my 4th year of college, I had the privilege of participating in a 6-month internship program at Procter & Gamble as a Project Manager Engineer. After completing this program, I was employed full-time. In this position, my main activities include preparation of technical documentation for projects, coordination of all aspects related to the project, involvement in tender process for suppliers, supervision of technicians and contractors, management of budget and expenditure forecasts for each project, ensuring delivery of projects on time, cost and quality, risk assessment and development of mitigation plans, as well as maintaining technical documentation of all projects carried out in the plant. I am dedicated to achieving excellence in any project and have a proactive approach to solving challenges. My passion for engineering and innovation motivates me to contribute to the success of every project I am involved in.
