I am a seasoned Mechanical Engineer with more than 25 years of experience leading SAP implementations and enterprise transformation across major global organizations, including BP (Energy), Capgemini, Ernst & Young, and Hewlett-Packard. My career spans both in-house leadership and global consulting roles, providing a thorough perspective on delivering business value through technology and data. For the past decade, I have specialized in SAP master and transactional data migration / conversion, playing a pivotal role in the successful global deployment of SAP Plant Maintenance (Enterprise Asset Management) at British Petroleum—supporting its Upstream portfolio and now supporting Refining operations as it transitions to SAP S/4HANA. My expertise spans the integration of Asset Management, Materials Management, Source-to-Pay, and Finance. I’ve successfully engaged diverse, cross-functional global process teams and partners to optimize workflows and ensure high-quality, adoption-ready data across customer sites. Grounded in a service mindset and a consulting foundation built at Ernst & Young and Capgemini, I’ve guided Fortune 500 clients on aligning SAP capabilities with business strategy, streamlining operations, and navigating complex Change Management initiatives.
