About Robert Gardiner

Founded Prestasi Junior (PJI), the Indonesian operation of the worlds largest non-profit organization focusing on applied economic education. Successful engagement of more than young people in experiential learning focusing on entrepreneurship, financial literacy, digital literacy, and work readiness across the archipelago. This includes, for example, the expansive accomplishments of STEAM delivery utilizing EdTech to students at multiple school levels. Focusing on key SDG's, propagated by partnerships between private and public sectors, PJI augments and strengthens current education practice at numerous levels. In so doing, The PJI team improves gender equality through encouraging the active engagement of females in innovative entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and STEM experiences. Inclusive engagement of populations at risk is a key focus of our undertaking which emphasizes strategies advancing well-being. This is accomplished through support from a diverse range of some of the world's largest business entities together with the Ministry of Education and Culture, USAID, The Temasek Foundation, and other Government entities. I am very proud to have been awarded the JA Worldwide Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023 - a reflection upon the work of the great team at PJI. The JA Worldwide network has been nominated for a Nobel Peace Prize in 2022 and the PJI organization is very pleased to have contributed to the network's recognition at this, the highest, of levels.
