I’m a Human Resources professional and team leader with over a decade of experience in compliance, employee relations, and operational oversight. I hold a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and have served in various leadership roles with the State of Oklahoma—most recently as a Childcare Licensing Manager, where I supervised a team and oversaw regulatory compliance for more than 160 child care programs. My career has been rooted in public service, but I’m now actively seeking opportunities in dynamic, mission-driven organizations—particularly in the private or tech sectors—where I can apply my skills in people operations, Workday systems, and HR strategy to drive real impact. Beyond HR, I’m also the owner of Let’s Go Tees, a custom t-shirt business where I bring creativity and branding to life for individuals, teams, and organizations. It’s my creative outlet and a reminder that balancing structure and innovation is possible in any line of work.
