About Robert Gensler

I help organizations solve operational problems, reduce waste, and scale more efficiently through technology, process improvement, and customer-focused solutions.Over the past several years, I’ve partnered with hospitals, hospitality groups, and commercial service providers to modernize how they manage textiles, assets, and logistics. My background spans sales, operational deployment, and product innovation—bridging the gap between field teams, technology providers, and executive decision-makers.What I bring to the table:• Sales leadership focused on long-term value, not short-term transactions• Process automation & operational improvement (textile, healthcare, hospitality, logistics)• Customer collaboration across IT, plant operations, and executive teams• Proven results: reduced loss, improved inventory control, faster decision-making• Experience working with global manufacturers, software partners, and OEM networksRFID is one of the tools I’ve used to solve problems—but what drives me is improving the way teams work, building scalable systems, and helping customers win. I’m always open to conversations around growth, innovation, and the future of operational technology and service delivery.
