Most recently, I recently earned my Master's in Information Systems Management (Business Intelligence specialization). I have knowledge and experience in financial analysis and management. I was responsible for researching, solving problems, and aiding in clearing cash and asset exceptions, balancing general ledger accounts, reconciling accounts, and clearing asset exceptions. I have four years of financial management and statistical experience. I provided integrated strategic, operational, and financial forecasts that reveal crucial business insights concerning market timing and asset allocation. I evaluated mutual funds' economic, risk, and valuation characteristics and indexes. I also prepared, updated, and executed various in-house and external models to determine the risk/return factor of selected equity strategies. Currently, I am an Operations Manager with CSX Intermodal Terminals. Some of my responsibilities include implementing new ideas and methods to increase productivity and safety. I partner with various internal teams and business process/system owners to understand data and business risks to create effective and safe operations. I manage inventory allocation and distribution of containers and work with chassis pools to provide chassis for international and domestic freight. I work alongside other department managers to ensure deliveries and distributions are made on time, the assets are available, and operating as required. I communicate with internal and external customers to resolve issues and build relationships for better business practices. I participate in cross-functional teams and initiatives to drive continuous improvement in analytics capabilities, data analysis, and business processes. I create and monitor systems to maximize the full potential of assets and the workforce.
