As the Director of Demand and Capacity, I led a team of 20 Scrum Masters across 6 value streams, delivering software solutions across multiple applications. My passion lies in creating high-performing teams by fostering an environment of psychological safety, where individuals are empowered to make decisions and feel safe in taking risks. I believe that decision-making should happen closest to the work, improving both quality and outcomes. Throughout my career, I've developed a strong foundation in Agile delivery and people leadership. At CSAA Insurance, I had the opportunity to define the role of Scrum Master and implement the release management process for the Policy Administration system, significantly enhancing release quality and timeliness. My approach to leadership is rooted in empathy and servant leadership, where I prioritize communication, strategic planning, and the development of my team. I thrive in roles where I can mentor, coach, and guide teams, helping them unlock their full potential.
