About Robert Ginsberg

I'm proud to be the owner and CEO of HiB Ltd, one of the leading suppliers of bathroom ranges into the UK, Irish and Middle East Retail and Specification Industries. Our vision is to be the leading supplier of innovative, creative solutions which make bathrooms beautiful, whilst making a substantial difference to the lives of our people, partners and the world we live in. I enjoy developing the strategical direction and building an infrastructure that allows people to flourish and grow personally, whilst they also take ownership of the business goals. I have a fantastic team that I work with, people who continually inspire me. We were honoured that HiB was awarded a Queen's Award for Enterprise for Innovation in 2020. I'm also grateful to have been selected as one of the LDC's Top 50 Ambitious Business Leaders in 2019. I also enjoy evolving my own learnings to grow as a person and a business leader. I'm thrilled to be a founding member of The Prince's Trust Enterprise Network which supports young people who wish to the entrepreneurs of tomorrow. Outside of work, I enjoy spending family time with my wife and two kids, watching and playing as much sport as possible, travelling, reading and going to the theatre,
