Background

About Robert Grafford

I have made a career in three different companies so far but with IT as the common denominator.Have got the opportunity to develop myself as a manager and recently, to develop as Service Director and Senior/Strategic Account Manager which has led to that I have gained deep experience in IT management and outsourcing business, particular within Infrastructure (including cloud) and End User Services but also within Integration and Analytics. A great part of the success is that I focus on long-term relationships, both internally and in my client relationships combined with the understanding of how to build business value.I appreciate being treated in a straightforward and clear manner. Therefore, I try to be just straightforward and clear in my leadership. I'm comfortable in my leadership and are often told that I am coaching in my attitude. In my profession I never cease to be service-minded and enjoy getting to do that extra mile for the customer, colleague and employee. This is something that I believe is a key to why I have, over the years, met my targets. My enthusiasm is something I would like to share with my colleagues, and it’s natural to encourage creativity and individual initiative. Sees each task in working life as a challenge and an opportunity to gain new knowledge.
