About Robert Grossic

Robert is a Vice President of Payor Relations focusing on maximizing contract value for new/existing service lines as well as servicing existing contracts for Recovery Centers of America (RCA). Further, Robert is an expert in Enterprise Strategy Development/Execution, Governance facilitation, strategic planning, and strategic initiative execution. He has 12+ years functional experience in Strategy and Program Implementation across Federal/State (including Defense) as well as Healthcare (Payer Side including Medicare STARs, Medicaid, Audit/Compliance, Analytics). He also has experience in Higher Education teaching Health Insurance to 30+ Masters/PhD Students at a top 20 MHA Program. Additionally, Robert also participated in three combat tours with the 82nd Airborne Division to Southeast Asia and also acted as an “Advanced Camp” ROTC Instructor for the US Army. Robert earned a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh and routinely returns for speaking and mentoring events.
