In the extremely competitive world of automotive wholesaling, operational efficiency is critical to the growth and sustainment of a successful business. For over a quarter of a century, in a career inundated with various operational experiences on both a local and international scale, I’ve developed effective solutions to complex and ever-changing challenges. Through 125 traditional and mobile auction sites and a robust digital marketplace, I’ve implemented processes and systems to aid the company help dealer and commercial clients achieve business results by providing innovative end-to-end inventory solutions. With more than auto dealer clients across five continents, it is crucial to understand their needs. By pairing my insights and research with their business goals we deliver inspired results to bridge the gap between consumers, manufacturers, dealers, and lenders at every stage of the automotive experience. I am motivated by continually taking on tough challenges and have led through some of the largest technology builds and projects in the company's history. I have been intimately involved in changing from the old school, decentralized, very manual processes with interpersonal business relationships to an online, centralized, self-serve model. Collaboration is a major forte of mine and I excel at bringing people together and leading diverse, cross-functional teams to effectively work through complex, large change initiatives. My results speak for themselves and I am considered someone who is not afraid to push. I will point out the elephant in the room, and, if I feel it's warranted, am willing to disagree with the popular consensus to make sure the right thing gets done.
