Business owner with 30 years of construction experience. Oversight of multi-million dollar commercial and industrial construction projects across southeast United States completed on time and under budget. The diverse construction projects that I have been involved in my career are class I-IV BSL and ABSL laboratories, colleges/universities, hospitals, chemical plants, data centers, power plants, military bases, restaurants, fabrication shops, automotive plants, schools, high rise hotels, food processing plants, distilleries, and sewage treatment plants. Organizing, multi-tasking, analyzing, and interpreting information between owners, contractors and sub-contractors are key to a successful project. Knowledgeable in contracts, sub-contracts, addendums, change orders, and progress payments. Understanding advanced architectural and mechanical drawings, finding discrepancies and solving issues quickly are all strong skills I bring to the table. I believe in treating every project as my own - striving to the best of my ability to meet and exceed customer expectations.
