After completing the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, I discovered my passion for all things tech, from customer service and networking to operating systems and security. With CompTIA A+, Network +, Security +, and Cisco CCNA certifications under my belt, I'm well-equipped to troubleshoot technical issues and support people in solving their tech-related problems.
