Diverse experience in combined cycle power plants which includes: Commercial activities with ISO-NE and PJM energy markets, GE, Siemens, and Alstom LTSA management, power plant due diligence activities, energy manager oversight, project permitting and reporting, development and design engineering, business plan development, FERC, NERC, etc. Bottom line responsibility as the Plant/General Manager of seven 500 MW or larger combined cycle business units. Day-to-day plant experience includes safety, operations, maintenance, environmental compliance, commissioning, capital projects, and project management. Extensive experience in working at new combined cycle projects. Nine of the combined cycle projects I have experience at were new builds. Activities included permitting, development, engineering, construction management, commissioning, recruiting, staffing, training, spare parts and tooling identification and procurement, EH & S procedures and programs, O&M procedures, and ISO new market participant submittals. Specialties: Identifying and implementing the infrastructure required to successfully operate and maintain large combined cycle power plant assets.
